About
Founded in 2013 by Jasper Overgaard and Christian Dyrman, who first met while studying industrial design at Aalborg University in Denmark, Overgaard & Dyrman exists as a collaborative platform for creating original and meaningful lifestyle objects.
Their first collection — the Wire series — was the result of six years of development, skilfully harnessing metalwork to saddlery. The Wire Chair marries hand-formed steel wire with hand-stitched premium leather, combining two ancient crafts in a single, refined object. Each piece is assembled and finished by hand at their Copenhagen workshop.
At the core of every O&D project lies a spirit of shared curiosity and creative partnership. Their approach is defined by a passion for great craftsmanship, a respect for design heritage, and an urge to push boundaries.
