Damien Langlois-Meurinne is a Paris-based designer and decorator who defines himself as a 'creator of Harmonies.' After beginning his career in the studio of Christian Liaigre, he was recruited by the German fabric house Zimmer + Rohde to design an in-house furniture collection. In 2003 he established his own firm, Agence D.L.M., and has since built a practice spanning high-end residential commissions, showrooms and commercial spaces — from houses in Saint-Tropez and former artists' ateliers to Parisian triplex apartments.
His interiors are distinguished by a deep sensitivity to the history of their settings. 'History is omnipresent here,' he has said of Paris. 'I always want my projects to reflect that.' The resulting spaces layer period architecture with contemporary furniture, bold colour and carefully curated art, creating environments that feel both timelessly rooted and decisively modern.
Langlois-Meurinne has designed furniture and lighting collections for Sé Collections and Pouenat, among others. His work has been featured in Architectural Digest, AD France, Galerie Magazine, Elle Décoration and The World of Interiors.
